From our own production facility in Hamburg-Stellingen, we supply our beautiful metropolitan region and the whole of northern Germany with carbon dioxide, dry ice, technical gases, balloon gas and liquid nitrogen.

Overview
How it all began
From small-scale CO2 trading to a permanent fixture in the North
Our story begins on September 1, 1971, when Manfred Wonsak founds a carbonic acid bottling company. The company started with two employees and a vision: to supply the catering trade in the greater Hamburg area with carbon dioxide.
In 2006, his son Michael takes over the helm. With a pioneering digital spirit and vision, he opens up new business areas and leads the company into a new era. When his wife Martina joins him three years later, everything picks up speed again. With her as the driving force and good soul in the company, the next milestone follows: the company’s own dry ice production.
An important step that has ultimately made us the No. 1 in the north for the rental and sale of dry ice blasting machines and compressors. In 2020, our online store will go live, making our range available nationwide.
Yes, a lot has changed since the company was founded, but one thing always remains the same: there is no trace of boredom. No wonder, because Martina and Michael Wonsak’s motto is: “Run your business like a heavy metal band!”
