Versatile solutions for surface cleaning
Application examples
Dry ice blasting is an innovative cleaning technology that is suitable for a wide range of different industries. From façade restoration to the food industry or building restoration – the possible applications are virtually unlimited. Find out how you too can clean surfaces with dry ice in an environmentally friendly, residue-free and efficient way.
Overview
How does dry ice blasting work?
Dry ice blasting uses frozen carbon dioxide (dry ice) in the form of pellets that are blasted at high speed onto the surface to be cleaned. Due to the impact and extreme cold, the dirt becomes brittle, detaches and the dry ice evaporates without leaving any residue. This cleaning method offers numerous advantages: Dry ice blasting is gentle on surfaces as no abrasive materials are used. It is also particularly efficient, as even stubborn dirt can be removed quickly and thoroughly. Without the use of chemical cleaning agents, dry ice blasting is significantly more environmentally friendly than many alternatives.
